Biography
Amber Chaki received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy in 2003 and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency with East Alabama Medical Center/Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy. Dr. Chaki currently works with the Office of Experiential Programs as a Regional Coordinator for the Jacksonville Region and has served as a preceptor since 2005.
Research Interest
Prior to her current position, she worked at UF Health Jacksonville as an Ambulatory Practitioner specializing in Cardiology where she still serves as a relief pharmacist. Dr. Chaki is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and was awarded Outpatient Preceptor of the Year by the University of Florida College of Pharmacy’s graduating class of 2010.
