Biography
Sasha Adams, M.D., is a trauma critical care surgeon and assistant professor with the McGovern Medical School at UTHealth.Dr. Adams’ research is focused on improving the care of geriatric trauma patients through earlier identification of those at risk, changes to inpatient care practices and early rehabilitation efforts to improve long term outcomes.Along with her surgical work, Dr. Adams also runs the surgical clerkship for third year medical students along with being a mentor.In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and two children.
