Mr. Joseph Gordon, also known as Joe, has been President of Consumer Healthcare and Vision Care at Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. since April 20, 2017. Mr. Gordon served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of US Consumer Healthcare at Bausch & Lomb Incorporated expand his role to include the U.S. Vision Care business. Mr. Gordon served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Consumer & Vision Care at Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. since February 2, 2017 until April 20, 2017. Mr. Gordon joined Valeant from Bausch + Lomb in 2013 and has more than 20 years of experience in the consumer industry. During his tenure, he has led the Bausch + Lomb Consumer Healthcare business to achieve consecutive industry-leading growth for the past five years, boasting key OTC brands such as Soothe XP eye drops. Mr. Gordon served as General Manager of Consumer Healthcare at Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. until February 2, 2017. He worked at Wyeth and Pfizer, leading large sales and marketing organizations, with responsibility for such brands as Advil and Centrum.
