Biography
Mr. Christopher D. Furman, also known as Chris, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Ventura Foods, LLC since November 9, 2009. Mr. Furman joined Ventura Foods in 2009 from PepsiCo, Inc., Purchase, N.Y., where he has held a series of leadership roles with increasing responsibility for more than 20 years. He served as President of PepsiCo Foodservices at Pepsico, Inc. He serves as the Director of Pacific Life Insurance Company. He has been a Director at Pacific LifeCorp since May 2012. He is actively involved in the community with the Children's Hospital of Orange County and as a Member of the Consultative Board for Santa Margarita High School, where he chairs the finance and development committee. Mr. Furman holds B.S. in Food Marketing from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
