Jeff Church

Biography

 Jeffrey Church is a Property Accountant for Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). He handles accounting for commercial real estate properties which include a mix of industrial, retail, office and warehouse facilities. Along with completing day-to-day accounting for each property, Jeff maintains cash flows for the buildings, prepares monthly financials, and develops the budgets with the property managers as well as the year-end annual tax preparations. Prior to joining the company in 2016, Jeff worked as an accountant for CBRE, first as an Associate Real Estate Accountant and Real Estate Accountant and, most recently, as a Senior Real Estate Accountant. Jeff holds a BS in Accounting from Metropolitan State University.
