Biography
Julie Maidment is a Property Accountant for Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Julie handles the accounting for 13 commercial properties and two development properties managed by WMI. Along with the day-to-day accounting for each property, Julie works on maintaining the cash flows for the buildings, developing the budgets with the property managers as well as the year-end annual tax preparations. Before joining WMI in 2004, Julie was an accounting department supervisor for 16 years at two companies: Custom Millwork, Inc. and Hoigaard's, Inc. Julie holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Moorhead State University.
