Biography

 Ms. Julie H. McHugh served as the Chief Operating Officer of Endo International plc from March 13, 2010 to May 29, 2013 and its subsidiary, Endo Pharmaceuticals Solutions Inc., from March 2010 to May 29, 2013. Ms. McHugh served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Nora Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to Nora Therapeutics, she served as Company Group Chairman for Worldwide Virology Business Unit at Johnson & Johnson from 2006 to 2008. From 2004 to 2006, she served as the President of Centocor, Inc. She held marketing positions of increasing scope and accountability at Astra-Merck, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer (Sanofi Aventis) and SmithKline (GlaxoSmithKline). She has over 28 years of experience in the drug development industry. She has been an Independent Director of Aerie Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since June 2015. Ms. McHugh has been a Director of Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since February 12, 2014. She has been a Director of Lantheus Holdings, Inc. since January 25, 2017. She has been an Independent Director of Trevena, Inc. since July 1, 2014. She has been a Director of Penwest Pharmaceuticals Co. since September 20, 2010. Ms. McHugh serves as a Director of Trevena Pharmaceuticals, Inc., New Xellia Group A/S, Xellia Pharmaceuticals ApS, Biotechnology Innovation Organization, Xellia Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Xellia Pharmaceuticals AS. She serves as a Member of the Strategic Advisory Board at HealthCare Royalty Partners. She served as an Independent Director of EPIRUS Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., since July 18, 2014 until July 25, 2016. She served as a Director at Biotechnology Industry Organization since July 2011. Ms. McHugh served as a Director of ViroPharma Inc., from January 3, 2012 to January 24, 2014 and Nora Therapeutics, Inc.
