INSPIRATIONS My husband, Geo Takoma, who created Power Yoga in the late 1970s and all my family, friends, and students who touch my heart every single day WHY I PRACTICE It's my life, and I live it! WHY I TEACH I want to teach other people to find joy and happiness. It's not just about yoga asana, it's about finding joy and being mindful in all parts of our life.
