Biography

Bachelor's Degree in Physiology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1995), Master's and PhD in Biological Sciences: Physiology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1998) and 2001) and Post-doctorate at the InCor-HC-FMUSP (2003) Hypertension Laboratory and Wrigth State University (WSU). In 2006 he was a Visiting Professor at the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio, USA (FAPESP Research Fellowship Abroad). Currently Assistant Professor of the Department of Physiology of UNIFESP, director of the PPG in Translational Medicine of UNIFESP and member of CEUA-UNIFESP.
