Biography
Andrea Bodnar has been Executive Vice President of Business Services Division of Aviva Canada Inc. since July 12, 2006. In her new role, Ms. Bodnar is responsible for the leadership of the Business Services Division. Her accountability includes E-commerce, Information Technology, Corporate Project Office, Security, and Facilities. Ms. Bodnar has successfully developed global IT strategy and led significant transformation efforts through progressively senior technology and business leadership roles, served as Chief Information Officer at Biovail Corporation. Prior senior roles included the Global Chief Information Officer with MDS Inc., and Director, American Express Technology Operations, New York. She served as Senior Vice President of MDS Inc. Ms. Bodnar is a native of Montreal, and holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Toronto.
