Bernhard Griese

Biography

Mr. Bernhard Griese serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Management at Harboes Bryggeri A/S. Mr. Griese serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Harboefarm A/s. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Manager of Harboefarm A/s since 1984 and 1981 respectively. Mr. Griese is a qualified electrical engineer, and prior to being employed with Harboes Bryggeri, he was in charge of the construction of a number of major projects, including a power plant in Jamaica. He joined Harboes Bryggeri in 1973, where he came into contact with all parts of it during the following years. His broad experience within production and management combined with strong innovative and entrepreneurial skills makes him a valuable asset to the group. He serves as Chairman of Visbjerggården A/S, Keldernæs A/S, Lundegård A/S, Buskysminde A/S, Rugbjerggård A/S and Danfrugt Skælskør A/S. He has been a Non-Independent Director of Harboes Bryggeri A/S since 1986. He serves as a Director of Visbjerggård A/S, Lundegård A/S, Buskysminde A/S, Rugbjerggård A/S, Danfrugt Skælskør A/S, Keldernæs A/S, Best Poultry International A/S and of Velisco Farm A/S. He serves as Director of arboe Ejendomme A/S, Skælskør Bryghus A/S, Copenhagen DesignByg A/S, FCS 2008 A/S and Danfrugt Invest A/S.
