Biography
Ms. Li has been an Oramed director since 2016. She is a Director of the Chairman’s Office in Hefei Tianmai Biotechnology Development Co. Ltd (HTBT), where she has served as the Head of the Financing and Investment since 2013. Ms. Li also has served as Chief Financial Officer of Hi-Tech Brain Investment Company Limited, an affiliated company of HTBT, since 2015. Prior to that she was a senior auditor in the Shanghai Branch of Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP.
