Biography
Choi Jae Sue obtained his PhD from Seoul national University. He currently holds as a Professor in food science & nutrition at Pukyong National University, Korea. His Research mainly focus on Isolation and identification of biological active substances from natural products, Food Hygienics / Natural Product Chemistry.
