Biography
Katja Göttsche was born in the Federal Republic of Germany. She has been living in Portugal since 1994. She studied at the Christian-Albrechts Universität in Kiel (1983-1994) with extended stays in the USA, Mexico, Portugal and Spain.She did her PhD Distance Education and E-learning,
