Biography
With over 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, 16 of which were spent at Cipla, Jacques started his career in pharmaceuticals as a medical representative. Having gained the necessary experience he was subsequently promoted to Coastal Sales Manager of Cipla .
Research Interest
During his appointment as Coastal Sales Manager, Jacques was able to harness and perfect his sales and negotiation skills, leading to his promotion to National Sales Manager. A strong business acumen and inherent leadership abilities put Jacques in good stead for his appointment as Sales Director. In 2015 the company restructured its sales and marketing functions to form a national commercial structure. Jacques now manages all sales and marketing functions at Cipla, as the Executive Director Commercial.
