Biography
Jim Klingensmith serves as Senior Vice President – Project Acquisition, with overall responsibility for Alberici’s estimating and marketing functions. Jim joined Alberici in 2007 and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Jim holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from Florida A&M University. He is also a registered Professional Engineer, Certified Construction Manager and LEED Accredited Professional.
