Biography

Kerri St. Jean serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Comcast Cable’s Northeast Division, which consists of 14 northeastern states from Maine through Virginia and the District of Columbia, with 24,000 employees serving almost 7.8 million customers. In this role, Kerri is responsible for leading all facets of human resources, change management and organizational effectiveness for the Division. Kerri has more than 25 years of experience in the cable industry, and has held various management and human resource positions with Comcast and its predecessor companies, including Cablevision, MediaOne and AT&T Broadband. After Comcast acquired AT&T Broadband in November 2002, Kerri was instrumental in leading the Region’s transformation from 2,500 employees to 24,000 employees as it became Comcast’s second largest Division. Kerri earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Flagler College and received her master’s degree from Northeastern University. In addition, she earned a certificate in human resources management from the Northeast Human Resources Association and is a graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, the flagship executive leadership program facilitated by Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT). Kerri recently earned her Executive Coaching certificate from Integral Coaching Canada Inc., a leading edge world-wide coaching institute, and in September 2012, Kerri completed the Women’s Executive Leadership program at the Wharton School of Executive Education. In March 2014 Kerri completed the WICT Senior Executive Summit, a master class immersion program in partnership with the top-rated Stanford Graduate School of Business. In September 2014, Kerri was the recipient of the Leadership Excellence Award from the Cable Telecommunications Human Resources Association recognizing her visionary leadership in addressing critical business issues. Kerri resides in Merrimac, MA with her two children and is an active member of her local community where she serves as a mentor for Comcast’s Big Brothers Big Sisters "Beyond School Walls" program in NH; an active member in the National and Northeast chapters of WICT; and a member of City Year-New Hampshire’s board of directors where she supports staff members in gaining access to leadership development training.
