Francisco R. Billano

Biography

Frank has over forty years of extensive manufacturing operations and general management experience. He started his career as a young project engineer with Procter & Gamble, PMC for seven years before joining Union Carbide Philippines, Inc. in 1973 where he held various leadership positions in Engineering and Maintenance and Plant Operations until he became the overall Plant Manager in 1980. In 1983, he joined Pepsi Cola Bottling Co. of the Philippines as Vice President for Technical Services, was promoted to Vice President & General Manager (Manila Division) for PepsiCo, International after a year. Later in 1985, he was appointed Vice President Manufacturing, Pepsi Cola Distributors of the Philippines, until he resigned in 1989. He later joined Escaler & Company, Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer before he joined Reynolds Philippine Corporation in 1990 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, a position he held for five years. He joined Interphil in 1995 as President and was appointed to the position of Regional Chief Executive Officer of Pharma Industries in 2004, mandated to continue the strong leadership, manufacturing success and expansion in the Philippines and across Asia. Frank is a licensed Mechanical Engineer from the University of Santo Tomas.
