Biography
Allan R. Rothwell Mr. Rothwell has been a director of OMNOVA Solutions since 2010. His current term expires in 2019. He is a member of the Audit and Safety, Health, Environmental and Security Committees. In 2006, Mr. Rothwell retired as Executive Vice President of Eastman Chemical Company, a global manufacturer and distributor of chemicals, fibers, and plastics. From 2002 until his retirement, Mr. Rothwell also served as President of Eastman’s Voridian division. During his career with Eastman, Mr. Rothwell held a variety of executive and senior management roles, including as Chief Financial Officer and President of various divisions. Allan R.
