Biography
​Mrs Dipl.-Psych. Judith Lueder is a visiting scientist from Germany. She is originally from Burgdorf (Hannover). She is a graduate of the Carl von Ossietzky Universitaet Oldenburg (Germany). She focused mainly on organiziational psychology and work safety. She joined the Geman “Bundeswehr” in 2010 for personnel selection. In 2012 she was assigned to the German Navy as an organizational psychologist (counselor). Since then, she is stationed at Wilhemshaven (North Sea Coast). As she has to accompany the various missions of the German Navy, she became a reserve officer in 2012 and serves as a “Captain of Frigates” (Commander). She has deployed in support of operations in the Indian Ocean (counter-piracy operation “ATALANTA” at the Horn of Africa), in the Mediterranean Sea (EU NAVFORMED / operation SOPHIA with the aim of neutralising established refugee smuggling routes ) and in the Agean Sea (operation AEGAEIS).
