Biography
Gary Metcalfe serves as vice president of supply chain and support services for Tidelands Health. In this role, he is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of all supply chain and support services functions throughout the health system. He previously served as lead executive for Consolidated Supply Chain Services LLC, a Western Pennsylvania-based procurement and supply chain management corporation. He also held leadership roles with Excela Health in Western Pennsylvania and Georgia Baptist Healthcare System in Atlanta. Mr. Metcalfe earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Robert Morris University and a master’s degree in business administration from Kennesaw State University. He is a board member of Partners Cooperative Inc. and a member of The Council of Supply Chain Executives. Mr. Metcalfe is board certified in health care management and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
