Biography
Melinda Somwaru is a Property Accountant for Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). She handles accounting for 16 properties which involve maintaining cash flows, preparing monthly financials and developing budgets with the property manager. Prior to joining WMI in 2006, Melinda served as an accountant for L&L Management, a full-service association management company for which she provided accounting help for organizations in the legal and medical fields. Melinda earned a B.S. in Accounting from Metropolitan State University.
