INSPIRATIONS I'm inspired by life's daily challenges and triumphs. There is always more to learn on the path. WHY I PRACTICE I practice to move, have fun, and to never stop learning -- to breathe easier. WHY I TEACH A Bay Area native and RYT-500 teacher, I bring a lighthearted approach and sense of curiosity to my classes, providing students with a place to deepen their practice while building a sense of community.
