Biography
Ryan is a lawyer with over ten years legal experience, having qualified in the Australian Capital Territory in 2005. Ryan joined CAML in the role of General Counsel in 2012, expanding on the experience he gained whilst working as Legal Officer and Company Secretary from 2008 for Kazakh minerals business, Sunkar Resources, which was listed on London’s AIM market. Prior to this, Ryan gained legal experience working in private practice, and corporate finance experience working in the UK investment banking sector.
