Biography
Mr. William C. Collins is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Chemical Financial Corporation., and Chemical Bank, a position he has held since May 16, 2011. Mr. Collins served as a partner of the law firm of Currie Kendall PLC from 1983 to 2005 and as its managing partner from 2005 to May 15, 2011. Mr. Collins is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and the Senior Leadership Team of Chemical Bank.
