Biography
Mr. Ashok Sinha is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Cipla. He is an Electrical Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore with specialization in Finance. He is recipient of Distinguished Alumnus Award from IIT Kanpur as well as from IIM Bangalore.
Research Interest
Mr. Ashok Sinha has worked for 33 years in Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), where he served on the Board of BPCL for 15 years – first as Director (Finance) for 10 years and then as its Chairman and Managing Director for 5 years.
