Nat Davies

Biography

at has been with Rayner for over 10 years. He joined the company as a Product/Process Engineer shortly after obtaining a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sussex, eventually progressing to lead the R&D department and finally to take on his current role as Director of Research & Development in 2013. During his time in the company, Nat has led, and been involved in, many projects, from the development of innovative new products and manufacturing processes to the formation of a company-wide project management system. His current activities are focussed on building Rayner’s reputation as a market leader in innovation. Outside of work, Nat has recently become a Dad for the first time so has limited time for other interests, but he does enjoy watching sports and even snowboarding when time allows!
