Biography
Lucas S. Chang joined Senhwa in December, 2016, appointed as General Counsel and based at Senhwa’s US office in San Diego. Mr. Chang joins Senhwa’s senior management team from multinational law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where he was until recently a senior partner of the firm’s Greater China Practice and the Chief Representative in Beijing. Mr. Chang has expertise in corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions), corporate governance, IP creation and licensing. He has significant experience in the US, Asia and the Greater China region. Mr. Chang obtained a B.S.E degree and a Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering before getting his J.D. degree from Santa Clara University, School of Law in 1994. Mr. Chang is a member of the State Bar of California and licensed to practice before the USPTO.
