Biography
Li Shiyu was born in May 1956, a Chinese national without the right of residence outside China,Li Shiyu currently holds the office of Chairman of the MCC Group Supervisory Board. Mr. Li has successively held the posts of Deputy Chief andSection Chief of the Ministry of Railways 19th Engineering Bureau Finance Department's Accounting Department and Accountant in the Finance Department of the China Railway Construction Corporation Limited. He served as DeputyFinance Minister of the China Railway Construction Corporation Limited from March 1996 to November 1998, Finance Ministerofthe China Railway Construction Corporation Limited from November 1998 to December 2005, Vice General Accountant of the China Railway Construction Corporation Limited from December 2005 to August 2006, General Accountant of the China Metallurgical Group Corporation from August2006 to September 2008, and Vice President and General Accountant (Chief Financial Officer) of the China Metallurgical Limited-liability Company from November 2008 to May 2015. A senior accountant, Mr. Li graduated from Liaoning University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and from Beijing Jiaotong University with a Master's degree in Accounting.
