Biography
Peng Haiqing was born in June 1971, a Chinese national without the right of residence outside China, Peng Haiqing currently holds the office of Supervisor, and Deputy Finance Minister of theMCC Group. Mr. Peng has successively held the posts of Assistant Section Chief, DeputyDirector of the Enterprise Management Department and DeputyDirectorand Agency Manager Secretary in the Finance Department of the Shanghai Baosteel Metallurgical Construction Company's Third Branch. He was the Section Chiefof the Cost Administration and Registration Division of the Shanghai Baosteel Metallurgical Construction Company's Finance Department from September 2000 to January 2003, Vice Ministerof the Finance and Accounting Division and Vice Ministerof the Audit Department of the Shanghai Baosteel Metallurgical Construction Company from January 2003 to December2005, Section Chiefof the Property Agency Planning and Finance Department of the MCC Group from January 2006 to November 2008, Chiefof the Property Agency Planning and Finance Department of the MCC Group from December 2008 to June 2009, and DeputyMinister of Finance of theMCC Group since October 2012. A senior accountant, Mr. Peng graduated from the Economic Management Department of the Northeastern University in Qinhuangdao with a Bachelor's degree in Industry Accounting and from the Central University of Finance and Economics with a Master's degree in Accounting.
