Biography
Mr. Scaglione is a former Vice President of the International Department of Chase Manhattan Bank responsible for its Western European Institutional business. He founded Intercontinental Associates, Inc., from which he is retired. Mr. Scaglione was appointed by President Bill Clinton as Chairman to the Board of the Albanian-American Enterprise Fund. He is also the founder of The Albanian Children Fund in New York and the Albanian Children Foundation in Albania. He has been awarded with the “Order of Mother Teresa Medal” by President Rexhep Meidani in 2000 and the “Order of Skanderbeg Medal” by President Bujar Nishani in 2013.
