Biography
Shaw-Michael is Vice President and Compliance Officer. He is responsible for leading a values-based compliance program for US Pharmaceuticals, as well as contributing to the Global Ethics & Compliance function. Before joining GSK, Michael served in various roles at Novartis, including Global Head of Compliance for Novartis Oncology, and was as a Director in PwC. Prior to entering the pharmaceutical industry, he was Senior Counsel with the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) of the US Department of Health & Human Services where he developed compliance program guidance for the healthcare industry.
