Biography
Vivek , Orthopaedic Surgeon Specializing in Adult Lumbar and Cervical Disorders & Spine Trauma. Dr. Kushwaha is originally from San Antonio and joined Orthopaedic Associates in 1997. He is married, with three children. Dr. Kushwaha enjoys tennis, skiing, and golf. Dr. Vivek is on staff at Houston Orthopedic & Spine Hospital, Memorial Hermann Hospital and St. Joseph Medical Center. He has been the Chief of Spine Surgery at the University of Texas Medical School and Memorial Hermann Hospital. He is a major component of the teaching program at the UT medical students, residents and fellows. He has won several awards for clinical care, surgical skill, research and teaching over the last several years.
