Biography
Vivek-Kushwaha , Orthopaedic Surgeon Specializing in Adult Lumbar and Cervical Disorders & Spine Trauma. Dr. Kushwaha is originally from San Antonio and joined Orthopaedic Associates in 1997. He is married, with three children. Dr. Kushwaha enjoys tennis, skiing, and golf. Vivek-Kushwaha is on staff at Houston Orthopedic & Spine Hospital, Memorial Hermann Hospital and St. Joseph Medical Center. He has been the Chief of Spine Surgery at the University of Texas Medical School and Memorial Hermann Hospital.
