John Mcnaughton

Biography

Mr. McNaughton joined Raiffeisen Bank in October 2009 as Board Member for Retail Banking. He is in charge of Retail business leadership, strategy and P/L results as well as directly managing all aspects of the Retail business (products, segments, sales and the distribution networks). Previously he was Head of Consumer Banking at Raiffeisen Bank Aval in Ukraine with responsibility for PI segment leadership (strategy, planning, Gross Income, CM1), directly overseeing all aspects of marketing, products, pricing, customer development and CRM for PI. During the period July 2004- December 2006 Mr. McNaughton held the position of Head of Consumer Banking in Raiffeisen Bank, Albania in charge of PI segment leadership as well as re-launch of the PI business from the old Savings Bank to full service customer banking under the Raiffeisen name.   Other executive experience of Mr. McNaughton includes Head of Card Business, Al Rajhi Bank, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Saudi Globalstar, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Vice President, Card Marketing, Diners Club / enRoute Card (Citibank), Montreal, Canada, etc Mr. McNaughton joined Raiffeisen Bank in October 2009 as Board Member for Retail Banking.
