Biography
Dr. Joaquin Delgado leads 3M’s Consumer Business Group, home to some of the company’s most iconic brands, including Post-it® and Scotch®. He most recently served as executive vice president of the company’s Health Care Business Group. A scientist at heart, Joaquin holds a doctorate in polymer science and engineering. With an early goal of being a chemist, Joaquin was attracted to 3M from the beginning. But it wasn’t until his career at the company began to flourish that he discovered a real passion for not just science, but for where it intersects with business and real-world solutions.
