Biography

Professor Nguyen teaches principles of management, cross-cultural management, organizational behavior, and human resource management. Before coming to the U.S., Vinh worked for several years as an instructor at the National Economics University in Vietnam. Vinh's research interests include employee turnover, organizational change, and international business strategy.
