Biography
Russ Workman was appointed as General Counsel in 2012. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Workman had 22 years of experience advising and representing U.S. and international companies in commercial transactions, litigation, and corporate governance. Mr. Workman is licensed to practice in Utah and admitted to practice before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He received a Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Utah College Of Law.
