Biography
Scott is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the OCI Enterprises Board and other leaders to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies to grow the chemical business in North America for OCI. He leads the OCI Alabama Operating Committee and reports to the President of OCI Company Ltd in Seoul, Korea. Scott has served OCI for over 10 years in various leadership roles. His experience in the soda ash and the peroxygen industries spans 25-plus years. At Solvay Chemicals (formerly American Soda), his management positions included Business Manager, Director of Marketing and Transportation, Customer Service and Quality Assurance Manager. He earned a B.S. in Chemistry and minors in Math and Economics from Rocky Mountain College.
