Biography
Terry Robinson is a qualified chartered accountant and has 40 years' international business experience, including as Deputy Chairman of Chapada Diamonds plc, Chief Executive and then Chairman of The Albert Fisher Group Plc, Chief Executive of Halstead Services Ltd and non-executive director of Highland Gold Mining Ltd. He was previously a Director of Nikanor PLC. Mr. Robinson serves on the Board of EVRAZ plc, a vertically integrated global steel and mining company. He is the Chairman of its Audit Committee as well as a member of its Nomination Committee and Health, Safety and Environment Committee. Mr. Robinson also serves as non-executive director and chairman of the Board of Raspadskaya, one of the leading coal producers in Russia. He is a member of its Audit Committee and chairs the Remuneration Committee.
