Scott Fry

Biography

 Scott holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) and a PhD in DNA-based vaccines and has authored and co-authored a number of publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals and several international patents relating to vaccine and diagnostic assay development. Scott also has more than 10 years of experience developing and commercialising diagnostic immunoassays in both industry and academic groups. Before joining Ellume, Scott was a Senior Research Scientist at Panbio Pty Ltd where he was a member of the Advanced Technologies Group that developed a homogenous diagnostic test system. He was also a Team Leader with Alere where he co-ordinated the development of lateral flow diagnostic products for detecting Dengue. Scott was a post-doctoral scientist at the Institute of Molecular Biosciences, University of Queensland working on nanoparticle based biosensors. Dr Fry was appointed Head of R&D for Ellume in 2014.   BACK
