Biography
Max has over 18 years of biotechnology industry experience. Before joining Adagene, he worked with a portfolio of venture backed and private companies in the US and Asia, assisting with strategic planning and execution at the executive and board level. Max has held roles in business development, commercial operations, finance, and bench science at Dyax Corp., Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and Merck KGaA. He holds an M.B.A from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, where he has also guest lectured on marketing and biotechnology. His undergraduate studies were at Bates College.
