Biography
Dr. Dwayne Devonish is working as Senior Lecturer in Management Studies in University of the West Indies. He received his PhD - University of Nottingham. His research interests include work-related stress, health, performance, and other issues in human resource management and organisational behaviour.He has co-authored a number of research articles on some of these areas.
