Biography

Dr. Jeff Cumberbatch is a Deputy Dean (Postgraduate and Research) in university of West Indies, he completed his LL.B. (UWI); Leg Ed Cert; Attorney-at-Law. He completed his administrative duties as Barbados Government Exhibitioner to UWI 1975, Hugh Wooding Award Prizewinner 1978, Commonwealth Scholar 1990 and Deputy Dean, Faculty of Law 1994-2005. He is also a member of Chairman – Anti-Money Laundering Authority [2008- present ], Chairman – Consumer Claims Tribunal [2008- present ], Member –Regional Judicial & Legal Services Commission [2009- present], Member – Financial Services Commission [2011- present ], ILO Consultant on Freedom of Association [2001- present], Justice of Appeal (Ag.) – Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal [2010].
