Biography
Dr. Nadini Persaud is Programme Coordinator of the M.Sc. Project Management and Evaluation programme. Dr. Persaud has a wealth of experience in three disciplines—accounting, project management, and project evaluation. She has worked with the Treasury Department in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, with the Economic, Planning, Project Coordination and Social Policy Development Unit of the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Development in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and at the Evaluation Center, Western Michigan University, USA. Dr. Persaud serves on a number of international boards including: the 3F Advisory Committee of the Faster Forward Fund, a private foundation in the USA established by Professor Michael Scriven, one of the three founding fathers of evaluation to accelerate the theory, practice and profession of evaluation; Chair (2014)/ Member (2013/2015) of the Finance Advisory Board of the American Evaluation Association, and Editorial Board Member, Evaluation and Program Planning. She is also a Director of the Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Canada- Barbados Chapter.
