Biography
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Bonnie Helton oversees talent management and culture development for GlobalLogic’s global offices. Her 15+ years of HR experience enables her to effectively strategize for growth while fostering an environment that promotes both innovation and work-life balance. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Bonnie served as Chief Human Resources Officer at CipherCloud, a cloud security firm, where she managed all aspects of the company’s HR activities across the U.S., India, and other global regions. She held the role of Global Head of HR for Applied Material’s emerging display and energy/environmental sectors, where she navigated explosive growth spurts and dynamic global markets. Bonnie was also Vice President and Global Head of HR for Brocade Communications while it doubled annual revenues to more than $2 billion and expanded internationally. Previously, she managed HR activities for companies that were acquired by Oracle and Cisco. Bonnie earned her Bachelors degree in Sociology at California State University – Long Beach, where she was also a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. She enjoys cooking and fine wine, as well as spending time with her husband, two grown children, and a French Bulldog named Louie.
