Biography

Mr. Robert O. Kraft serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Kraft has served as the Executive Vice President of CVS Health Corporation and the President of Omnicare, Inc. CVS’s long-term care business, since August 2015. From September 2012 to August 2015, Mr. Kraft served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Omnicare, Inc. and from November 2010 to September 2012, he served as Senior Vice President, Finance of Omnicare, Inc. Before joining Omnicare, Inc., Mr. Kraft was an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he worked for 18 years. Mr. Kraft received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton. Mr. Kraft was chosen as a director because of his significant financial and accounting experience from his background as an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and his experience as an executive of a public company.
