Research Interest

Water quality and availability has significant effects on the ecological functioning of our rivers, lakes, wetlands and near-coastal systems. GIS and remote sensing play important roles in characterising change in systems over time and determining spatial distributions at a range of scales.  My research focuses on a range of water-related issues and better understanding how climate-mediated conditions and water management practices impact habitats and ecological communities.
