Biography
Agricultural Engineer, graduated from the Faculty of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires (Diploma de Honor). 1988 Ph.D. in Plant Physiology - University of California, Davis, United States of America Awards and distinctions 2002 - Bunge y Born Award. Agronomy 1998 - Member of number National Academy of Agronomy and Veterinary 1993 - Konex Prize that distinguishes the 5 outstanding figures of the decade in the discipline: Botany 1992 - Arturo Burkart Award. National Academy of Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences 1992 - Dow - Elanco Award to the director of the best intensification work, F. de Agronomía, University of Buenos Aires 1986 - Fellow of the John Simon Guggenheim Foundation 1985 - Vilfrid Baron Prize awarded by the National Academy of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine (in collaboration with C.
