Ariel Kievsky

Biography

Ariel Kievsky holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Buenos Aires and completed his MA postgraduate studies at Brandeis University and M.Ed. Boston University He is Director of the Master's and Specialization in Human Resources at the University of San Andrés.He is a professor at the School of Business Administration in charge of the subjects HR Strategic Management (HR Master's and MBA), HR Management (grade), and is a visiting professor at the Business Education Center. He was a professor of HR Management and Volunteers in the postgraduate course of OSFL.He is also a visiting professor on a regular basis at the Universidad del Externado Bogotá Colombia, and has been a professor at the University of Buenos Aires.He is a managing partner of TEC Consultores, where he works as a consultant in the areas of Development and Organizational Change, Human Resources, and Management Training, both in our country and in Latin America. Specialist in the conduction of processes of leadership development and organizational transformation, linking learning strategies, organization and people. In recent years he has specialized in the problem of job satisfaction and commitment: its measurement, organizational conditions and management. As a consultant he has worked with important companies in our environment: Cervecería Quilmes, AC Nielsen, Scotiabank, Banco Río, BankBoston, Consolidar AFJP, Sowing AFJP, Novartis Pharma, Impsat, SHELL, CLARO, Telecom, Telefonica, Metrogas, Miniphone, De Remate. com, Molinos RP, among others.
